Nope, but I check in when my newsreader tells me that there's a
new post. Even then, if I can't offer the right advice, I steer
the poster to a more appropriate newsgroup.

Frankly, I think that a quiet newsgroup is better than the "for
sale" advertisements we used to get for dogs in Australia.
